INVOICE TOS

1. Payment Schedule Payment terms and structures (including upfront deposits, milestone splits, or post-delivery billing) are determined on a per-project basis, reflecting our established client relationship and the specific project agreement. The exact due date and payment structure for this specific job are outlined on the front of this invoice.

2. Accepted Payment Methods All invoices are processed securely via Stripe. You can fulfill this invoice using major credit/debit cards or other supported payment gateways presented directly on your secure Stripe payment link.

3. Scope of Work and Revisions We welcome comprehensive revisions to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with the agreed-upon project scope. Please note:

  • New Projects: Requests for entirely new deliverables outside the original project scope will be treated as a new job and billed on a separate invoice.

  • Specialized Skillsets: Additional work requiring significantly different tools, software, or specialized skillsets (such as custom 3D animations, video production, or extensive architectural changes) will incur additional costs and require a separate quote.

4. Intellectual Property and Asset Ownership All project deliverables—including but not limited to source code, design assets, and copyrights—remain our exclusive property until this invoice is paid in full. Upon receipt of full payment, all agreed-upon ownership and usage rights will officially transfer to you.

5. Late Payments Invoices not paid by the specified due date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pause all active development, halt over-the-air updates, or suspend hosting and support services until the outstanding balance is resolved.

6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall we be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use or inability to use the deliverables. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this invoice shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

7. Governing Law This agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

8. Severability If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
