What's Next

Originally, Baud was created to make hosting different types of instances easy; disgustingly easy. For the most part, we've been able to maintain an accessible and easy-to-understand experience which users can navigate freely, but we've remained at the entry-level version of ourselves that you see from other competitors. We initially set out to stand out—and that's exactly what we plan to do.

We've got a plan, and we're going to shed some light on what you'll see in the future.

1. Simplified Creation

Most instances are already easy to create, but there's still entry level technical knowledge that is required to setup these instances. We plan to help reduce the required knowledge while allowing for experienced users to have as much customisation as possible.

We'll be exploring easy-to-use questionnaire setup processes paired with easy-to-understand tutorials & assistance in order for an instance to be created. Depending on the Instance type, we may explore automated setup processes as well.

2. Websites

Websites have been on the Baud radar for quite some time, and we plan to expand into the field. These instances can be custom—or created directly on Baud.

Of course, we have technical adjustments to make to accommodate for new instances such as websites, but we plan to provide more information regarding this in the near future.

3. New Locations

Currently, Baud servers are found in Poland, but future plans include but are not limited to:

• United States

• Australia

• Asia

• + More

We hope to complete the Baud expansion by Q2 of 2027.

New server locations will allow for increased performance and response times, especially relating to our next expansion point:

4. Gaming

Baud plans to expand into the realm of gaming servers around and/or after the Location expansion period. The games we initially plan to support include:

• Minecraft

• Hytale

• Stardew Valley

Following later with:

• Terraria

• Rust

• Palworld

We hope to expand the game server selection between Q3 2027 - Q3 2028

5. AI

We can't share too much information around our plans for AI, but we hope to provide access to a selection of models under 1 place without the need for varying API keys, accounts and other external platforms for your creations.

6. iOS & Android Application

Your Baud usage is important, especially if you tend to a community. We plan to expand our platform onto iPhones and other Android devices in the future to better track and monitor everything Baud has to offer in one place, at home or on the go.

We wish to make Baud the only place you'll need for server-based solutions, centralising your tools, billing, API-based needs and more. We can't wait for the future, and we hope to do our best to complete all the changes necessary to make Baud the best it can be.
